Nez expressif avec des arômes d'épice et de griottes. En bouche l'équilibre est là, tendre il enveloppe le palet avec de la fraicheur. Arômes de griotte et chocolat. garde 5 ans accord vin met Tarte fine de fraises vin servis à 14°
Expressive nose with aromas of spice and morello cherry. Smooth balance in the mouth, enveloping the palette with freshness. Aromas of morello cherry and chocolate. Cellaring 5 years. Food and wine pairing: strawberry tart, serve at 14° C.

"LA BRUNELLE"
Robe ruby foncé. Nez discret avec un légé boisé qui évolue sur des arômes de griottes. En bouche il enveloppe le palet avec de la puissance. Vin ferme, une petite pointe acidulée nous donne de la fraicheur. Arômes de fruits noirs frais. Tanins présent sans être agressif. Finale crayeuse. garde 8 ans accord vin met Gigot agneau de sept heures
Dark ruby colour. Discreet nose with a slightly woody note evolving onto morello cherry aromas. The mouthfeel envelops the palette with power. A firm wine whose slightly acidulous note provides freshness. Aromas of fresh black fruits. Tannins present without being aggressive. Chalky finish. Cellaring 8 years. Food and wine pairing: slow-cooked seven-hour leg of lamb.

"AUX CORVEES"
Nez peu expressif avec des arômes d'épices et griotte kirch. C'est en bouche qu'il m'a le plus surpris, vin avec du volume mais surtout avec une très belle vivacité qui nous rappelle un cassis frais et l'amertume de sa peau. très long en bouche avec une finale tanin présent et souple. vin aérien. garde 8 ans accord vin met dessert chocolat "opéra"
Lightly expressive nose with aromas of spice and morello cherry. It is in the mouth that it surprised me the most; a wine with volume that is marvellously vivacious, recalling fresh blackcurrant and the bitterness of its skin. Very long in the mouth, finishing on tannins that are present and soft. An ethereal wine. Cellaring 8 years. Food and wine pairing: classic French opera cake (chocolate and coffee).

Nez développé avec de la puissance. En bouche ce vin à du volume avec une belle vivacité. Je retrouve des arômes de myrtille et de cassis frais. Les tanins sont présent avec une point d'amertume. Vin bien équilibré. Coup de coeur. garde 8 ans met vin Caneton braisé aux navets
Powerful bouquet. On the palette this wine has volume and is exceptionally vivacious. I detected aromas of blueberry and fresh blackcurrant. The tannins are present with just a touch of bitterness. A well-balanced wine. Sommelier’s favourite. Cellaring 8 years. Food and wine pairing: Braised duckling with turnips.

Nez expressif qui me donne beaucoup de plaisir. En bouche trois mots me sont arrivés rapidement, aérien, délicat et soyeux. Arômes de griottes mure avec noyaux. les tanins présent sont tendre. vin bien équilibré. Coup de coeur garde 10 ans vin met Carré d'agneau fumé au serpolet jus cuisson
Utterly delightful, highly expressive nose. In the mouth, three words immediately come to mind: airy, delicate and silky. Aromas of ripe unpitted morello cherries. The tannins present are soft. Nez développé et délicat avec des arômes de griottes avec noyaux. Vin avec de la matière et volume. Belle fraicheur qui rappelle la cerise fraiche. Vin équilibré avec de la finesse. Très long en bouche. Tanins présent et ferme. garde 10 ans vin et met Pigeon au sang jus à la cardamone.
A well-developed and delicate bouquet with aromas of unpitted morello cherries. This wine has both substance and volume. A beautiful freshness reminiscent of just-picked cherries.
